Insurance Sales Representative (High Earning Potential)

$45,000–$110,000+ | Base + Commission | No Weekends

Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Sales Representative who wants to hit goals, close consistently, and build a real career. This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities through outbound calls and follow-up with inbound leads
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to continuously improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven sales ability or strong desire to succeed in a sales career
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coachable and open to feedback with a commitment to ongoing learning
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Insurance licensed or willing to obtain
  • Commitment to ethical sales practices and excellent customer service
